KVKK Clarification Text

This clarification text has been prepared for the purpose of informing you, as the data controller, regarding the processing of personal data of HeryerGebe.com (Site) visitors, within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

1. Data Controller

The site was founded and is operated by Cem Akaltun, MD (Specialist in Obstetrics and Gynecology).

2. Personal Data Processed

There is no membership account registration on this site. The server infrastructure (Cloudflare) may retain technical logs (IP address, browser type and access time) for security and performance purposes. Calculator inputs are processed in your browser. The fetal movement counter, contraction timer and weight tracker save records in local storage (localStorage) in the browser on your device; these tools do not send your calculation inputs to our server. Local records may remain after you close the page.

Technical records may be processed in the infrastructure of the hosting service provider (Cloudflare, Inc.). Apart from this, personal data is not shared with third parties or transferred for marketing purposes.

5. Your Rights Under Article 11 of KVKK

You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request its correction or deletion, and to request restriction of processing. Tracking records stored in your browser may remain after you close the page. To delete them, clear this site’s data in your browser settings.
